"2015 Capital Medical University，Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders Academic Annual Conference & the Third Session of The First Academic Committee" was held in Beijing on March 19, 2016. The 4th Working Committee Meeting of International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience was held in Beijing on September 18, 2015. "Capital Medical University, Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders 2014 Annual Meeting & the Second Meeting of First Academic Committee" was held in Beijing on March 10, 2015. The work reports of Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders and its eight institutes were listened to at this meeting, and how to promote the long-term development of Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders was discussed in depth. Prof. Wang Xiaomin, Head of Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders & Vice-President of Capital Medical University, introduced the work overview of Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders to the meeting, and the eight institutes of Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders made work reports respectively and introduced the key performance in 2014 and the work plan for 2015, etc. The Academic Committee recommended Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders and its institutes to "seize new opportunities, condense new projects", and make preparations for China's brain science program; Beijing Institute For Brain Disorders should further condense the research direction, summarize the work highlights of innovation mechanism and talent cultivation, and lead the translational medicine research of critical brain disorders in China.
