Introduction of Institute of Alzheimer disease
The major research directions of the Institute of Alzheimer disease are (i) epidemiologic study on Alzheimer disease; (ii) genomics research on Alzheimer disease; (iii) peripheral biomarkers research on Alzheimer disease; (iv) neuropsychological study on Alzheimer disease; (v) neuroimaging research on Alzheimer disease; (vi) clinical trial research on Alzheimer disease; (vii) database construction and data analysis. The Institute of Alzheimer disease consists of 7 research offices, which are Alzheimer disease Epidemiological Research Office, Alzheimer disease Genomics Research Office, Alzheimer disease Peripheral Biomarkers Research Office, Alzheimer disease Neuropsychological Research Office, Alzheimer disease Neuroimaging Research Office, Alzheimer disease Clinical Trial Research Office and Database Construction and Data Analysis Office. There are 19 PIs in the Institute of Alzheimer disease.
