The National S&T Prize-giving Meeting was held by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in Beijing on the morning of January 10, 2014. The project of Application Study on Epidemiology, Pathogenesis, Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Mild Cognitive Impairment in which Prof. Jia Jianping, Head of the Institute of Alzheimer disease, who worked in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, was the person chiefly in charge, was awarded with The Second Grade National Prize for Science and Technology Progress 2013.
