During the period of Institute of rehabilitation medicine in CRRC , With urinary surgery ,bone joint surgery , spine surgery and neurology completed Beijing BoAi hospital’s "drug clinical trial institution qualification certification" in November 2007,  first to fill the blank of the China rehabilitation research center.
During the period of director of Medical laboratory of Beijing boai hospital in CRRC, accomplished ISO15189 quality management system accreditation in the 2008.Also completed the PCR laboratory accreditation,  experimental animals use license, and to accomplish " Key laboratory of Nerve Injury and Rehabilitation in The Beijing municipal science and technology commission” .

Neurobiology, including cell biology, molecular biology, proteomics, completed  BDNF, GDNF, NT-3, MBL and gene cloning and expression, bFGF gene modification and biological activity analysis, antigen and the monoclonal antibody preparation. ELISA and Gold tag technology research. Under the support of national financial special fund, To establish laboratory of cell biology, molecular biology laboratory, experimental animal laboratory and experimental pathology laboratories.
