Research

My work has focused on the health management strategy that aims to prevent the onset of clinical risk factors or even preclinical changes among subjects at risk for cardiovascular diseases and stroke.

In most recent 5 years, I have got 5 grants as a PI from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Fuwai Hospital. Also, I am an investigator for the project program funded by the National Basic Research Program (973 Program) of Ministry of Science and Technology. Our major findings have been published in the journals Circulation, J Am Coll Cardiol, Stroke, Clinical Chemistry, and Clin Sci, which contribute to current public health recommendations for prevention of chronic disease.
