Education

Mainly academic contributions:
My contributions are mainly focus on the recanalization, revascularization and
neuro-protection of cerebral vascular ischemia injury:
1. To treat the patients with acute ischemic stroke with the methods of Urokinas or rtPA intravenous thrombolysis from 1996 till now, cure a lot of severe stroke patients, and announced the dynamic features of the plasma biomarkers of throbin and fibrinolysis, which is the basis for regulating the dosage of thrombolysis agent
individually, to get good clinical outcome and avoid thrombolysis related hemorrhagic transformation.
2. Discovered the imaging features of PFO related stroke, which is useful to predict PFO related stroke.
3. Find out plasma biomarkers of acute CVST, which can not only be used to predict acute CVST, but also be used to distinguish CVST from CVSS, so as to effectively overcome the high mortality and morbidity of severe CVST(decrease the mortality rate reduced from 30% to 11.5%).
4. Finish two randomized and controlled clinical trails about the arms ischemic conditioning strategy. This strategy in combination with standard medical care can more effectively inhibit stroke occurrence and recurrence in patients with symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis.
5. I have obtained three national scientific natural funding for scientific researches in the field of ischemic stroke, and contributed as the first and /or corresponding authors in more than 30 of the original research papers, which were cited by SCI. And Published three academic books by the People's medical publishing house, obtained 3 awards from the government of province and nation, and got 5 national patents.
